Review:Comfy level is high but privacy is kinda low because of people passing by. Nonetheless, they have quite a range of discount meal too. They also provide few novels plus Jenga for you to play with. I mean, dude, it’s Jenga!

Review: There’s few lovely seat but they only have 1 plug so beware. And since this is 24hour McD, at the time I was there, few people were sleeping in. LOL

Review:If you like to see traffic jams, this is one nice place to find it :p The best credit is that this place is near with two LRT, RapidKL Dang Wangi Station and KL Monorail Bukit Nanas. Beware that this place maybe quite pack during lunch time.

Location: National Library a.k.a Perpustakaan Negara Malaysia (PNM), Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur

WiFi/SSID:2 SSID. PNM-Library ( forget, locked, need to register for free at counter for membership ) Another one from this room is Library-Cafeteria and free.

Review: I’ve visited National Library upon knowing there’s a facilities provided for mobile warriors with the name ‘Bilik Karel’ Located at 3rd floor, this room is specifically design for mobile warriors and can fit 2 person inside a room. You need to pay to use this room. Minimum RM2 for 4 hours or RM4 for the whole day. It’s open from 10am-7pm on weekdays and saturday  and 10am-7pm on sunday. It’s closed on Monday and Public Holiday. However for this Fasting Month, it’s closed at 4PM so plan your schedule should you need to use this room.

Review: First floor has both indoor and outdoor (for smokers). Lots of plugs upstairs. Comfortable.

The downside is that parking is really hard to find at peak hours – lunch time, weekend nights. Alot of people bring their laptops here so the connection can be a bit slow at times and might not have any available plugs

Ministry of Food

Location: Ministry of Food,Level 1 ( i think. below tangs ) Pavilion KL.

WiFi: MOF

Plugs: Many. At their walls there’s 3 pair of plugs (6) and there’s another pair at their entrance that facing the escalator and parking area. At their sofa area, there’s another plug, but outside the restaurant.

Toilet: 4 minutes walking.

Category/Halal: Japanese Ice Cream & Sweets. Halal

Surau/Mosque/Prayer Rooms: The nearest would be at the parking lot. Access via escalator beside JCo donuts.

Nearest alternatives: Starbucks, Coffee Bean, Espressamente Illy

Amenities: There’s service section inside Pavilion, around the lower ground.

Review: Same as Espressamente, before going to work at Pavilion KL, be warned that their parking is super expensive. My parking on that day priced at RM11 for 3 hours++ The alternative for parking is there’s a parking per entry located just in front Espressamente Illy. Unsure about the rate but usually per-Entry parking would be priced at RM6-7 which is.. still cheap. The plug in pairs is totally practical if you have partners & co-workers following you. No need to pull strings a far as each of the tables that have a pair of plug can seat 4 person. Just make sure you bring another extension :p

The space inside is pretty small but the view you got is the huge open area in front Pavilion which always have an activity.

Alcohol is indeed Haram in Islam. I didn’t consume it. I just drink the coffee. And they clean the cup with dishwasher thus I safe to say for me it’s okay. However for fellow muslim, it’s your choice. From my standpoint, this cafe is just like Sushi King or Shogun Japanese Buffet, the food is Halal and their major product is not non-halal products but they serve wine so the shop doesn’t get halal status. Be informed and don’t afraid to ask

Review: It was my 100th mobile office and that’s the reason of that donut arrangements. Was suppose to work with my Art Director only to find he’s messing up with his PTPTN thingamajig. The donuts is sinfully sweet. The couch at the first floor are ultimately comfy, and in round shape. But it has a small table, of course it’s never meant to be an office. The drawback is it is too far from toilet, and from surau.

Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Capsquare KL

Amenities: Inside Capsquare has a Times Bookstore.

Review: Capsquare is a beautiful new place blooming in KL. However this Coffee Bean closes early during weekdays. 8 PM. The cheapest parking you can get is by parking inside the building next to Capsquare KL for RM 5 per entry. Capsquare also have mini-groceries store for you to buy fruits and vegetable. The place also near with Putra Dang Wangi so if you’re considering to excercise a bit, this is a nice spot.
